One place for the channels you already run
YT Accounts is a private workspace for people who operate several YouTube channels of their own. Instead of signing in on a different laptop or phone for every channel, you connect each channel once and publish, edit and review it from a single browser tab.
This is not a public service. Accounts are created by the operator for a small, named group. There is no sign-up form, and the workspace is not open to the general public. If you reached this page without an invitation, there is nothing here for you to register for.
If you were invited: following Sign in asks for two things. First your browser shows a small window requesting the shared access password, which guards the workspace itself. After that you sign in with the personal username and password you were given.
What it does
- Connects a channel you own. You authorise the application with Google, on the account that owns the channel. The connection can be withdrawn at any time.
- Uploads videos. A video is uploaded to the channel you picked, with the title, description, tags, privacy setting and thumbnail you entered before starting the upload.
- Edits published videos. Titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails can be changed after publishing.
- Shows the channel's own analytics. Views, impressions, click-through rate, watch time and audience retention, read from YouTube for the channels you connected. Read-only.
- Keeps a media library. Video files, thumbnails, banners and avatars used for those channels.
What it does not do
- It does not act on channels you have not connected, and it cannot see anyone else's private data.
- It does not automate views, likes, subscriptions or comments on other people's videos.
- It does not sell, rent or share your data, and it shows no advertising.
Access to your Google data
The application requests only the YouTube permissions it needs to do the work described above: managing your own channel, uploading videos to it, and reading its analytics. What each permission is used for, how long the data is kept and how to revoke access is set out in the privacy policy.
Use of the application is also subject to the terms of use and to the YouTube Terms of Service.
