Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms govern your use of YT Accounts ("the application"), a private workspace for managing YouTube channels. By using the application you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
YouTube Terms of Service
The application uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and withdraw the application's access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Access
The application is invitation-only. Accounts are created by the administrator; there is no public registration. Your account is personal — do not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Channels you connect
You may connect only channels you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting a channel you instruct the application to act on it on your behalf: to read its data, to publish the videos you submit, and to apply the metadata and thumbnails you enter. You remain responsible for everything published to your channels through the application, and for the content complying with YouTube's policies and with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not use the application to:
- access channels or data that do not belong to you and that you were not authorised to manage;
- artificially inflate or manipulate views, likes, subscriptions, comments or any other metric, on your own channels or anyone else's;
- upload content that infringes copyright or breaches YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service;
- circumvent, probe or overload the application, the YouTube API Services or the infrastructure they run on.
Accounts used in breach of these rules can be suspended without prior notice.
Availability
The application is provided as-is, without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. It depends on the YouTube API Services, which may change, impose quotas or become unavailable, and it may be interrupted for maintenance. Data shown in the application is derived from YouTube's reports and may lag behind, or differ from, what YouTube Studio shows.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, actions taken against your YouTube channels, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. You use it at your own risk.
Ending use
You may stop at any time: disconnect your channels in the application, or revoke its access in your Google Account. To have your account and data deleted, write to privacy@yt.wholelayer.com. The operator may withdraw access to the application at any time, since it is a private service offered by invitation.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page is updated when they do. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the revised terms.
